Join Us on the 19th April at The Merryfellow for an Incredible Day of Food, Fitness, and Discussions! πΈ
Weβve got something truly special happening at The Merryfellow on the 19th April, and we canβt wait to share it with you! Itβs a day dedicated to food, fitness, and fostering positive mental health, all with the help of some incredible local talent and initiatives.
Fink Street Food Truck
Serving Up Deliciousness with a Cause
One of the highlights of the day will be the arrival of the Fink Street Food Truck. If you havenβt tried their amazing street food yet, youβre in for a treat. But what makes this even more exciting is that Fink is a company that truly believes in giving back to the community.
Not only will you be able to indulge in some mouth-watering dishes, but by supporting their truck, youβll also be helping a cause close to their heartsβmental health. The team at Fink are dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for mental wellbeing, and weβre proud to have them as part of this special event.
Check out more about their mission and their menu at Fink Street Food.
Food will be served from 12pm to 8pm

Run Club: Get Active and Join the Movement
In addition to the food, weβre bringing the fitness vibes to the day, thanks to a group of Stacyβs former Gymshark colleagues who will be joining the Run Club!
Whether you're a seasoned runner or a beginner looking to get moving, everyone is welcome to join in. Itβs the perfect opportunity to get outdoors, get active, and connect with others who care about staying fit and healthy.
Running isnβt just about physical health β itβs also great for your mental well-being. Exercise is known to help reduce stress, boost mood, and increase energy levels. So, letβs all come together to take part in this community run, while supporting each other along the way. You can expect a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere where we all encourage one another, no matter our fitness level.
The run club will depart from The Merryfellow at 10:30am
(Weβre aware there are a few run clubs who are already formed in Charlton Kings so we would love to use this as a time to bring everyone together. We would also love someone local to lead the group - please reach out to me if you are available to support with this for us)

A Day of Support, Connection, and Good Times
The Merryfellow on the 19th April will be a place of support, connection, and positivity. Whether you're here for the amazing street food, to take part in the Run Club, or just to enjoy the company of like-minded people, it's going to be a day to remember.
Itβs all about fostering a sense of community and supporting one another, especially when it comes to mental health. As we know, itβs essential to look after our mental health just as much as our physical health, and events like this are the perfect way to do just that.
So, mark your calendars, bring your friends, and join us for a fantastic time - we canβt wait to see you!
